PARKING
We know that no two events are alike. That’s why Country Club Services offers a wide range of parking services. Before we quote the price for your event, one of our lead managers will conduct a comprehensive inspection of the parking area. From there we will work closely with you to develop a customized parking and staffing plan to figure out exactly what you need and make sure you get it.
SERVICES
» valet parking
Our impeccably dressed valets, including at least one manager, will arrive one hour prior to your event. Your valet team will coordinate everything from the use and placement of parking equipment to the utilization of large golf umbrellas for guests during inclement weather and to even the placement of post-event “goodie bags” in your guests’ vehicles. Everything and anything to ensure your event is handled with the TLC it deserves.
» event parking
No event is too big or too small. Our managers can handle everything. After an on-site inspection of the planned parking area, the lead manager will determine the number of staff needed and develop a parking plan to ensure maximum utilization of space and proper traffic flow. And for larger events, we’ll coordinate with local police and traffic authorities to ensure your event goes off without a hitch.
» garage & parking lot management
Our services aren’t limited to events. We can service all of your parking needs, including staffing and managing parking lots or garages. As part of this service, we can collect parking charges determined by you, implement monthly passes, deposit collected funds into your bank account and provide management reports on volume and revenue on a regular and timely basis.
» park & pay
At CCS, we embrace even the biggest of challenges, including managing the parking for large sporting events and festivals. As part of our services, we will staff and manage cashiers to collect the designated charges, provide the cashiers with a “bank” for making change, and account for the collected funds and associated volume. Because we know that sometimes the smallest things leave the biggest impressions.
